General principles
1. Sale in our shop takes place according to the regulations set forth below. By placing an order in the internet shop "777ebuy" you agree to accept these regulations.
2. Products that we offer in our internet shop are new products, free from physical and legal flaws.
3. Orders in the internet shop can be placed twenty-four hours a day. Orders placed during weekdays after 3 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and during holidays will be reviewed in the morning on the subsequent working day.
4. Orders can be placed only by adults.
5. The shop reserves its right to change the prices of the products included in the offer without prior notice. The change of prices will not affect orders that have been accepted for completion.
6. Products presented in the photographs and products that are sold can differ as the producer often republishes them in a new format or offers increased volumes (sizes, bonuses) connected with the conducted promotional activity.
7. The shop bears no responsibility for improper use of purchased products or making them available to third parties, unauthorized or juvenile persons.
8. The shop reserves its right to refuse to complete the order with an incorrectly completed or doubtful personal form.
9. The shop reserves its right to withdraw some products from sale.
Order realization
1. Placing an order and accepting it for completion will be confirmed by e-mail message sent to the address given in the personal data form of the customer.
2. Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.
3. The internet shop reserves its right to refuse to complete the orders submitted in an incorrectly completed form that raises doubts of the person who accepts the order, or the forms that cannot be confirmed as well as the orders placed by the Customers who fail to observe these regulations.
The customers who use the internet shop are obliged to give true identification data.
5. In case of the orders that have not been completed due to either Customer’s fault, unjustified refusal to receive the order, faulty address or postal code, the internet shop reserves its right to charge the Customer with the transportation costs and in case of products that could not be sold after a failure to deliver them – also with the costs of such products.
Payments and prices
1. Payment can be made in the internet shop 777ebuy.com by means of:
a) traditional bank transfer
b) credit card with the use of a safe system of internet payments allpay.pl
Payment cards are authorized through the mediation of the safe system of internet payments allpay.pl
In case of payments via allpay.pl, 777ebuy can send the product on the day of making payment.
In case of payments by way of a traditional transfer, the product will be sent when the money has been credited to the account of the shop 777ebuy (usually on the subsequent day).
3. Prices of the offered products include VAT (17,5%). They are gross prices expressed in British pounds or in Euro and they do not take into account delivery costs of the order.
4. The order is always delivered with the attached proof of sale. If the Customer requires to obtain VAT invoice, it is sent via electronic mail.
5. Delivery costs are displayed in a “cashier’s office” while placing an order. If the Customer places an order it means that he accepts the delivery costs.
Cancellation of an order
1. The Customer has right to cancel the order until he has received the confirmation of the order.
2. It is impossible to cancel the confirmed order.
Complaints and returns
1. The Customer has right to check the content of a parcel in the presence of a courier before confirming its acceptance. If there are any lacking products or damages caused during the transport, the Customer should notify the courier of such situation. It serves as a basis to exchange or return damaged product or to demand from 777ebuy to deliver the lacking product.
2. If the Customer accepts the dispatch with his own signature placed on the bill of lading, it means that the content and condition of the dispatch is in accordance with the order.

Guarantee
1. All the products offered by the internet shop 777ebuy are brand new, free from physical and legal flaws.
2. The products come with the manufacturer’s, importer’s or seller’s guarantee binding within the territory of Europe. Guarantee conditions will be define each time in the guarantee document issued by the guarantor.
Return of goods
The Customer can return the undamaged product within 30 days of the day of the purchase. In the event that the product is returned, the buyer covers the costs of transport.
